Women nowadays wear Tights to work. It is a Fashion Trend that is picking up in the Corporate world. Colour co-ordinating and dressing them up is a mission for other women, some tend to dress up like the are going to clean the house/apartments and not with plan to go in the public eye. I really like women in tights but how you dress them up plays a big role as how the public will potray you. Question: "What do you wear with it and how do you make it look Professional?". Is it appropriate to wear them to an Executive meeting?

Well... we call it leggings
Like you have already mentioned, different people, prefer it for different occasions. These can even be worn in Winter. I certainly wear them. Leggins, long boots, and a wonderfully knitted over-jersey that covers the top half of your body. In summer, you can wear them with beautiful Cloggs and a nicely coloured long-top. I prefer wearing my leggings with a long top that covers my assets ofcause. But hey, different strokes for different folks.
I agree women overdo the dressing of leggings, especially when they wear them with tops that leave their assets outside for the world to view,which is not a good sight, they always look gud with longer tops that cover those parts. Well wearing them to work is no prob as long as u know how to do it professionally,u cant just take that tank top u wear on weekends and do the same to work, for an executive meeting is a no no.

The most important thing about pulling off leggings is that you must wear a top that covers your butt. Stay away from short fitted tops. Opt for long knit tees.Fitted shirts with a flattering belt look amazing and flatter almost anyone.For winter I really like black leggings with knee high boots. Coupled with a cozy sweater this is a super cute.
Leggings also look great with a long sweater and flats or pumps. Layering a long tee with a jacket also looks really fashionable and can be pulled off at the office.Stay away from bright colored tights. Save those for weekends out with the girls. Work is no place to be wearing party clothes.

well i thnk it comes to down to your occupation as well. You cannot be an executive member or a receptionist in a professional enviroment and wear leggings but i dont think it would be an issue for a data capturer in that same enviroment. As long as you cover your assets and your job is at the junior level the should not be any problem.
